Living in the Duality
What does living in duality mean exactly? What is the dual nature of our existence? Duality embraces the idea of free will choice played out in our daily existence. Whereas in the spiritual realm, there is only one way – God’s way – here, we have choice. Although Spirit calls us each to follow a certain path, it is up to us whether we choose to follow that path, or to travel in a different direction. It also means we can choose light over darkness, faith over fear, optimism over pessimism, love over hate, expansion over contraction, evolution over stagnation, intelligence over ignorance. What’s perhaps more difficult for us to understand is our job – our work here – is simply to choose. God doesn’t judge our choices. He does insist we make one, however.
